Od dawnych lat czarnoksiężnicy próbowali ujarzmić żywioły. Najtrudniej było z żywiołem wody. Ten delikatny i kapryśny żywioł potrafi zadać wielkie cierpienie tym, którzy nie traktują wód, mórz i oceanów z szacunkiem.

Pewna grupa pradawnych czarnoksiężników wpadła na pomysł wytworzenia sygnetów, które dają noszącemu kontrolę nad żywiołami.

Miały wpływać na to kamienie z nimi powiązane, umieszczone na trzech wyżłobionych w srebrze lub złocie miejscach. Jednak same kamienie nie dają dostępu do pełnej potęgi żywiołu. Jeden z najwyższych czarnoksiężników - Arbios, prowadzony chciwością despota, postanowił zawłaszczyć siłą moc żywiołu wody przy użyciu prototypu pierścienia "Żywiołaka". Wypłynął na głębokie wody bezkresnego oceanu w czasie sztormu aby skupić czystą moc żywiołu wody w pojedyncze kamienie. Śmiertelnicy nie powinni mieć dostępu do takiej potęgi! Bogowie, rozwścieczeni tą arogancją zesłali na niego potężne fale, które rozbiły okręt niczym szklany kielich rzucony o ścianę.

One of the highest-ranking sorcerers – Arbios, a despot driven by greed – decided to forcibly appropriate the power of the water element using a prototype of the ‘Elemental’ ring. He set sail into the deep waters of the boundless ocean during a storm to concentrate the pure power of the water element into individual stones. Mortals should not have access to such power! The gods, enraged by this arrogance, sent mighty waves upon him, which shattered the ship like a glass goblet thrown against a wall.

What became of Arbios? No one knows. He became the first lost soul in the Bermuda Triangle created by his recklessness. However, the ring was found. A memento of a failed attempt to seize divine power.
